Process

Our Business Case Review process is designed to bring members of our CIO Advisory Board up to speed quickly on a specific early stage solutions to begin the process of meaningful discourse between CIO's and from CIO's to the early stage companies. It's fast, well-organized, and able to provide feedback that startups can use right away.

Key portions of the Business Case Review process include

  • CIO’s-in-Residence: Two of our CIO’s-in-Residence will be assigned to you as liaisons with our panel of active CIO’s. These individuals will help guide you in how best to interest our CIO’s as well as help you understand and distill the information coming back.
  • Meeting Scheduling: After initial materials have been reviewed in print and conference form, CIO’s will opt into follow on meetings as interested.
  • Information Sharing: Raw data and reports are circulated back among the entire CIO Advisory Board. This is a major benefit to our CIO’s as some might not have been able to review your solution but wish to understand its place in the Fortune 1000.
  • Update on Progress: As our clients make progress, gain pilots, gain customers, close additional rounds of funding, we encourage them to keep our CIO’s updated. All progress within the network is shared, creating something of a shared due diligence model for our CIO’s.

Material Preparation

Printed materials are distributed to each of our CIO members. Our CIO's-in-Residence will provide comments and guidance on your materials to ensure they are as effective as possible.

For those CIO's that would rather hear the information, we offer conference calls with web based presentations. This is a great opportunity for our early stage clients to gain direct feedback in addition to the written reviews.
