Cindy is an action & results oriented IT executive with in-depth business & information technology experience in early stage, middle market & Fortune 500 organizations. She has successfully directed technology architecture, engineering & support service operations with a focus on driving down costs while increasing organizational & operational efficiencies in fast-paced environments. During 7 years at Washington Mutual, Cindy oversaw the infrastructure strategy, architecture, engineering & operations. She managed a $400M annual budget, 300 full-time employees & over 700 onshore & offshore outsourced personnel.
Prior to Washington Mutual, Cindy spent 7 years at Whittman-Hart/MarchFirst where she led the Information Technology Engineering Practice & the development of an Advanced Solution Center. Her team specialized in many disciplines including end user, distributed systems, mainframe/midrange systems, data & voice networking, BC/DR, & facility engineering & build outs. She held a variety of technology leadership, architecture & program executive roles for a range of clients including healthcare, manufacturing & nonprofit. Cindy enjoys gardening, classic rock, fast cars, her Shih Tzu dog Coco, & living in the Pacific Northwest, despite her loyalty to the Chicago Bears.
