Chak has held a variety of executive positions including worldwide VP of Sales and Field Operations for Encentuate (Match.com and Interwoven) where he was responsible for sales, channel, vertical market strategy and management of a global sales force. Chak was the global VP of Sales before his promotion to President for Baltimore Technology Americas, content security division and Senior VP for the PKI and access security division. He has also been President/CEO and a board member for Infinitestores.com. During that time, he raised millions of dollars in capital, built a repeatable revenue stream and positioned the company for acquisition.
Chak has also been VP of Sales and Business Development for Inteliant Corporation, with major clients such as AT&T, Pactel, Sprint and Nextel. Currently he sits on the board for IS4D and advises Hyperquality, Fabric7, Teneros and Encentuate.
