Amy Siltanen is an Associate Partner overseeing Office Management and Human Resources. A native of Washingon, Ms. Siltanen spent 12 years with Seattle based Nordstrom; beginning her career there as a certified Barista, then as an Espresso Bar and Café Manager before moving to the offices of the Corporate Restaurant Division. After leaving Nordstrom Ms. Siltanen joined Amazon.com as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Technology. She then went on to AvenueA/aQuantive (purchased by Microsoft in 2007) where she was an Executive Assistant, Event Coordinator, Space Planner and Facilities Lead/Office Manager. Ms. Siltanen has spend the last five years in Office Management and
Human Resources working with the Maxsam Partners team onsitewith several clients including Ripl, Virtuoso, Expedia and Dendreon.
